Clinical Supervision

As a supervisor, I use the 7-Eyed Model of Supervision to support deep reflection and growth. This approach enables me to consider not only the client’s process but also the therapeutic relationship, the supervisee’s internal responses, and the broader context in which the work takes place. Working collaboratively with the supervisee, I bring compassion, curiosity, and openness, encouraging reflective practice and confidence in therapeutic work.

I am committed to valuing diversity and ensuring that supervisees feel supported in exploring their own professional development while working effectively with clients from all backgrounds and identities.

As a clinical supervisor at Different Therapy NI with a specialism in GSRD – Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversity, I work from a sex-positive and kink-aware perspective, offering an affirming and inclusive space for supervisees. My experience includes extensive work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, where I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment that supports authentic expression and personal growth.
